Dr. Gross took all necessary steps to provide the diagnoses needed, and did not recommend surgery until required. Surgery experience and facility were top notch, as was the follow-up care. satisfaction. Actually after rotator cuff surgery, contrary to friends who had the same procedure, I experienced no post operative pain. My friends who had a similar surgery all claimed extreme pain.
