Dr. Raju joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 2004. Dr. Raju received his Medical Degree from the Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India. He completed his Medical Internship in Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, India. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, Bridgeport Hospital Program, Bridgeport, CT. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine, Bridgeport Hospital Program, Bridgeport, CT.

Dr. Raju is very engaging and thoroughly prepared for me on every visit. He keeps meticulous notes and looks deeper into my medical history to find answers if needed. I think he is one of the finest Doctors I’ve ever encountered.
Good listening skills. He is patient and I feel he is very thorough. He reviews my file to familiarize himself with my case before he exams me. He asks questions about my health. He is very personable.
Dr. Koka listens to my problems and explains how to control and handle them.

The nurses and office were very helpful.
Although I was satisfied with Dr. Bays, the nurse who took care of me, I did NOT like at all. She was uncaring, rude and unfriendly.
Dr. Koka has provided medical services to several members of my family. With each experience, he had always been very thorough in his medical care and understanding of a patient's concerns.
It was easy and pleasant. Erin, Sara, Pam, Sharon, and Dr. Raju were very nice, efficient, and professional in performing the procedure. The recovery was easy and very caring. Hard to believe that I am saying the entire experience was an good experience, but it was.
My experience with Dr. Bays has always been a positive one, and this was no exception.
