I am trying to find an honest review on this. I was really glad to see great things said on this forum and on one other site. However, I am beginning to doubt that these reviews are true. All of them seem so fake; come on who talk just about how good the facility and how nice staff are in that way. At least, have the reviews describe some patients' experiences like "oh I had to go a few times to get rid of the hair, but so worth it" or "the only negative thing Silk has is they only have pricing for each session" I really don't think these reviews are from actual customers but its employees. I apologize if this is not true but that's how I feel after doing a detailed research on the reviews.

I would recommend this center to anyone interested in seeing instant results and want to experience a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The office is very modern and clean. Dr. Astaphan has a wonderful personality and takes the time to explain each and every process of the procedure, so that your absolutely comfortable. There is hardly any wait time and each patient is treated like family. I love this place!!!

I highly recommend this office because they are professionals. The staff is very nice and pleasant. I ended at that office by mistake, I got lost going to a different laser place and saw that office. Everything happens for a reason. As a black woman I have spent so much money already and had my face burned but now my skin is so smooth and no hair. My face was so bad, I am one of the models. This is by far the number one place to go if you're looking to get laser hair removal!!! I've never come across a more knowledgeable doctor or a more relaxing atmosphere. I immediately felt at home and after only one treatment I have had AMAZING results. I couldn't be happier and I look forward to making Silk my home for all my cosmetic needs!

I have been recommending Silk Laser to all of my friends! I went in planning on having only a consultation, and I wound up having laser hair removal right then! Dr Astaphan is such a sweet man! He made me feel right at ease and answered all of my questions. So far I've only had one laser hair removal treatment, but my experience was excellent. They are a great team! I can't wait to have the rest of my sessions and be hair free!

I highly recommend! I had laser facial and was scared, but the experience was easier and more comfortable than a haircut. Dr Astaphan is experienced, kind and gentle. The staff is friendly and very professional. I have also had a couple of great peels. The end result has been skin that looks younger with minimal downtime.

The experience of the laser facial was not at all what I had expected. I thought this would be a procedure where I would have to "hide out" for a few days afterwards. This was not the case. I was able to feel refreshed during the treatment and resume normal activities immediately. The results are subtle to other people, but very noticeable to yourself. I would highly recommend you call the office for more information and check it out for yourself--you'll wish you had been able to do this years ago, but the technology simply wasn't available at the time.

Hi my name is Rosalina I have been dealing with this problem almost my whole life. I have a horrible facial hair problem. I used to have to shave every single day. This HAS to be the best place to go for laser hair removal. I can only say that I am extremely satisfied. After years of getting my back waxed, I decided to make the jump. Best decision I made in a while.From the moment you walk in, the service was personable; I was greeted by name, NOT appointment time. Dr. Astaphan, was surprisingly warm and made me feel comfortable...AND he is a licensed Doctor, not a tecnician (no offense to technicians). But if I get to make the choice between a technician and a Dr....guess which one!I would definitely recommend this place.

Have been considering a face lift and decided instead to try the laser facial first...but was nervous about it burning, etc. Definitely a wonderful experience...Dr. Astaphan was gentle and very professional...this did not hurt or burn and was a very pleasant facial which was actually very relaxing. Am looking forward to seeing the wonderful results after my 5 treatment plan is completed. Have seen some results already.
