I brought my 2010 Chevy Malibu in to have it checked out because I had the ESC Sensor coming on and Service Traction lights coming on. When I took it in the lights were not coming on..so they said they would do a diagnostic and see if they could tell what was going on. They gave me a loaner vehicle with was nice. Darrel Bullard called two days later and told me they couldn't find out what was wrong because those alerts were not coming on. So I went up there and got may car and turned in the loner. I left the dealership and made it to the first signal light and sure enough those same lights were coming on and flashing..esc off, service traction..service esc, so I turned around and went back to the dealership, left my car, picked up a loaner. Two days later Darrel called and said it was all fixed. I picked it up and now I am very happy. Everyone is always so courteous and helpful up there and so far the expense has been fairly reasonable. I always tell everyone how pleased I am with Youn

I'd had truck fever for quite a while when I finally succumbed. After searching the internet until I couldn't see straight (seriously) I found the truck of my dreams almost around the corner from where I lived. My salesman, Randy, made me a deal on a '10 Silverado, gave me a fair price on my trade in and extended service beyond the sale. Like most folks I know that the dealer always gets the best of the deal. If they don't they're out of business. But service means a lot to me and this is where Randy and Youngs shine. I bought the truck without a warranty and on the way home found that the radio didn't work. Hadn't tried it before buying it. Young could have said no warranty, get lost. Instead Randy took me over to Moonshadow and footed the bill. Thanks Randy and Youngs Chevrolet. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle you'll get the first look.

Had a large block of concrete fall off of a truck and pass under my pickup.Did a lot of damage under my pickup. Young Chevrolet repaired my pickup back to perfect condition.
