Worst expierece ever!! Let me preface this by saying that I have never left a review for anything in my life. That said, I asked for light to medium brown all over color and a few lighter brown highlights around my face and left with partial ash blonde highlights- the crown of my head only. Needless to say, the top 10 inches of my hair consists of various shades of blonde and the bottom 15 or so inches (my hair comes past the middle of my back) is a very dark, warm brown - really quite comical. BUT, the very best part of my expierence was the price! I received a total of 12 foils on the crown of my head, no hair cut, and was charged $125.00 because they toned my 12 highlights 2 different colors. They were completely rude and wanted to charge me extra to color correct the mess they had made of my hair!! Do yourselves a favor and stay far away....at least for coloring services.

I've had 2 experiences at Alera, one positive and one negative. The salon is beautiful and I've had no issues with the stylist I saw, however, the receptionists can be rude and off-putting. Not to mention the fact they have trouble taking and upholding reservations.

So happy that I found this contemporary upscale salon! Just moved in from abroad, and this salon is top notch! The staff was very personable and accommodating, I was served a fresh cookie, and a hot coffee as soon as I arrived. My stylist took me at the time of my appointment (without delay that happens so often). I will definitely be back to try more services at the back of the salon where the spa is, they have beautiful, CLEAN, contemporary treatment rooms that I can't wait to try!! I will be back!

Just received a tour of the salon and spa! Absolutly stunning! I reveived a great coupon for just getting a tour! Can't wait to go back and try out all the great services that are offered, and test out those amazing pedicure chairs! I am very excited to finally see a salon/spa that is relaxing, up to date on their services, and very friendly staff around the area!

Alera is a great Salon. I recently brought a group of my girlfriends here for manicures and pedicures since my best friend was getting married. The ladies that work there are so nice and made the bride feel very special for her big day. the pedicure chairs are AMAZING and its nice being seperated from the rest of the salon. The bride also had a massage with Carrie and a treatment with Diane and said that both were amazing. Also, the owner Taunya recenlty did highlights and lowlights on my hair and I have been getting so many compliments. I 100% reccomend this salon to anyone that is looking for a top notch salon in the cranberry area.

So excited there is finally a local spa!! I went in for a tour and was blown away! I can't wait to suprise my hubby with a couple's massage and pedicures! I treated myself with a facial from Diane with the great coupon I got from going on the tour!! wonderful place!!

Went to Alera this morning and had a brazilian blowout with Jess, she made me look like my hair was NEVER damaged! The price was much better than the other salons in the area! I saved about $80 and got the products! Jess did a great haircut and I will be seeing her again soon!

Just tried the new geleration nail system from Kimmie! She did an amazing job on my nails and on the highlights that I received afterwards! She is such a pleasure to spend time with and I felt amazing leaving and the bill was very reasonable!! I will be sending all of my friends and family to Alera, it is a beautiful salon!

I just had my first facial at Alera and it was AWESOME!!! Diane Ventura was my Esthetician and she is so amazing! It was a European ultrasound facial and I will definitely do that again! My skin feels so ...invigorating! The salon is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

What an experience! I went for a full mani/pedi, and a quick blowout. It was amazing! The staff were so friendly and professional and promptly offered a tour upon arrival with a fresh brewed Keurig speciality coffee beverage. I also got a chance to try the Kenra products and I am really impressed with the quality. The layout of the salon and spa is very beautiful and relaxing. Overall I give this a 10/10... Finally...a classy, reasonable, friendly, quiet salon/spa experience in Cranberry Township. The manicure and pedicure were fantastic with top of the line CND/China Glaze & OPI products. Taunya (Owner/Designer) was extremely sweet and provided the best blowout I've ever had in my life. I was extremely happy afterwards. I am already booked for color, another manicure and pedicure and I look forward to having the esthetician that I met during the tour (Diane) perform my facials. I like the serenity of a well laid out salon/spa and found just that at Alera Salon & Spa.

Wow, great Salon for a reasonable price. I had a pedicure there on my first visit. Rachel did a wonderful job and was very friendly and accommodating. The chairs were the type of massage chairs you would find in a chiropractors office. It was a great pampering session. Received a tour and I must say the rest of the salon is absolutely beautiful. There are inviting massage rooms and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Alera if you are looking for a treat, or just a new do.

Just had my hair done at this amazing salon located at the Streets of Cranberry. Got a tour of the salon the minute I walked right in. The staff was friendly and eager to pamper you in any way possible. The pedicure room is private from the rest of the salon and the chairs look so comfortable that I cant wait to go back to get a pedicure!!! The prices are reasonable and worth every penny. The best part is after you get pampered here you can continue to pamper yourself and go shopping at the other stores in the area. I am going to recommend this place to all my friends, family and patients that I work with. Thanks to ALERA... finally a salon and spa that is RELAXING, FUN AND AFFORDABLE!!!!!
