I decided to take my mother to Ruby Tuesdays yesterday and ordered the steaks they where tough like rubber. the side orders were dry and nasty i ordered the pork chop and got chicken. I asked the lady was she going to throw it away she said no I'm going to resell it that turned me off all the way.then we set there for 2 hours waiting on our food.to top it all off it was my mother's birthday and I wish I would have just cook for her Ruby Tuesdays is terrible please stay aware and stay away from this restaurant customer service is negative I really wanted to just walk out instead of paying

I dined at the Clinton Md one. Ruby Tuesday has really fallen off. The service sucked n the food.. Ughhh TERRIBLE! They need another family establishment in area. Ruby Tuesday is mother it!

I decided to eat here as my last resort..wasnt never really a ruby tuesday fan, however I hadnt had it for a long time so I figure it might have came up. BOY was I sooo wrong! I decided to order To-Go because I didnt have enough time to sit and eat. the employee who answered the phone was so rude. he didnt greet so at first I thought they still had me on hold. when I finally said something he said yes what do you want in a very unproffesional and rude tone. When finally receiving my food, that took forever.. the food was disgusting!! and my pasta look like it had been sitting out for a while because of the dark color it had. So if ordering ToGO or dining in..dont waste your time here.

My boyfriend went to Ruby Tuesdays and purchased a steak dinner and salad for my birthday. After spending 2 hours in traffic, we decided to eat carryout that night. The steak was burned totally, the baked potato wasn't done. The toast wasn't toasted, and the broccoli was hard. The only edible food was the salad. I contacted Ruby Tuesday's headquarters and still haven't received a refund. Go somewhere else. Food is horrible here!!!!!

Their food are not good, one time me and my family order some dumplings and come to find out the dumplings have hair on it. Lost my appetite and the service kind of slow...........need a good lively waitresses.
