I must say I was really nervous coming into a car dealership, but when I was greeted by Gary Reed he made me feel very welcomed and at home. He was very genuine and sincere and greeted me with a smile and the whole time I was with him I was at ease. I would recommend Gary Reed to all my family and friends, but more importantly I now have a car guy for life!

Mike W in service was awesome. I just drove to town from out of state Friday night and had issues with my 08 Tahoe. I needed to return back home on Sunday. I called in Saturday morning and Mike said bring it in, we are only open to 12, but we will look at it. He put a rush on it and was able to repair my rotor. Then I picked up my clean car, the cashier offered me a tin of cookies, and I was on my way by noon. This is what service is supposed to be, thank you to the entire team at Joseph's. If I lived here I would be a customer for life. you will not be disappointed. #chevyrocks

My experience with Joseph Chev was due to a GM recall on my car. JC provided stellar service to me from the phone call I made to set up an appt to the return of the very nice loaner car and pick up of my repaired car. Once I'm ready to purchase a new car I will consider JC first. so happy

These people really know how to take care of the customers! Their customer service is excellent, I never take my cobalt anywhere but here for all its mechanical service needs with or without a warranty, they work with you not against your pocket. Automobile repairs can be expensive they're will work with you. Thanks to Mike, and all the service dept. Sorry his name is the only one I remember, the gentleman that signed me in was great as well as the rental office person.

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation and they couldn't do it right away. Instead of making us wait or come back they gave us a loaner car and had ours done when we got off work the next day. Super friendly and organized. Customer service was awesome. We will be back.

I went to have my oil changed today. My husband usually changes it but he is so busy I decided to go to the dealer. I was overjoyed with the service I received. I need to have some other things done and will definitely be bringing it back. My sandwich and cookies were delicious. Mike got me in and out in under an hour! Beautiful plants in the waiting area! Thank you for making my visit enjoyable!

did not like the dealer installed protection package that was installed on my Traverse. This was not told to me until I was signing all the paper work at the closing. I was called by a lady from the dealership the day of my pick-up of the vehicle and told her that I was not happy with this. She told me that is how the dealership does business, if I had known this in advance I would have requested another vehicle that did not have this applied.

The service writers and cashiers are very respectful and kind. I always enjoy having my vehicles serviced at Joseph Chevrolet.

Trent was able to answer every question I asked and was very professional. My new car was driven from West VA to me in Cincinnati.

I was there for scheduled service, and the Service Department is AWESOME, however I am dissatisfied with your Dealership because I was slammed into a vehicle I wasn't even in the market FOR ! Now I am stuck in a deplorable situation. Can someone there get me into the kind of vehicle I was looking for ? Anyway the Service Department was awesome !

The service team was on point. They did the research and found the issue I was having was due to a recalled part.

We were not planning on buying just looking bur once we teat drove and realized we could get payments within our budget we bought.
