Extremely rude!!! As soon as he answered the phone (the owner) he was aggressive and gave off the impression that obviously it was too early. He answered my question with haste and turned down my service (a broken screen which can be repaired) There is no reason for that kind of treatment. If he’s mean via phone I can not fathom what a store visit would be like. The staff really needs some customer service training

Our television went out after 3 years, and I read the reviews for a few repair co. And based on the positive feedback I read on burgio's I gave him a try. And let me tell you we were NOT DISAPPOINTED, THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE RESUILTS.

Honest, truthful service

Paul and his wife Lynn are pleasant and very professional. We have been dealing with them for years. Between sales and service I would recommend them to anyone. And service is ultra fast. Called at 10 am and the TV was repaired and back in service by noon. My mother is practically house bound and they know that her TV is her link to current news and entertainment so they go above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of asap. I can't thank them enough. And the fees and parts are reasonably priced. Thank you again!

Paul came out two weeks ago to replace a lamp in our 65" TV just in time for our Superbowl Party. Great timing, wonderful person, affordable. Today the lamp failed and Paul was at my home within 15 minutes to resolve the issue. Great service wonderful personality and I would recommend Burgio's to all my friends. Simply the best

A friend recommended Bergio's and I'm glad I took their advice and called Bergio's to fix our big screen 3D TV. I was nervous we were going to have to replace it, but Paul at Bergio's was able to resolve the issue and he came to the house so we didn't have to worry about transporting the TV to the repair shop. I would highly recommend them if you need to have your TV repaired.

paul is honest and intelligent. he is trustworthy. he saved me a lot of money - i was told i needed a color wheel by a different repairman but through knowledge and experience paul discovered that it was something much less expensive. he could have charged me for a more expensive job and i never would have known but that's not how he does business. 5 stars all day!

I needed a new lamp for my Hitachi tv. After going to and calling numerous places in the southtowns, i was upset that no one had it in stock. I found Burgios on the internet and was ecstatic they had one! I went down and Paul changed out my lamp in lesa than 5 minutes. Paul also took the time to talk to me and explain things about the tv. He also was excited to hear that my little boy was totally into repairing electronics and even gave me some spare parts for my son to tinker with. The picture on my mothers 52 inch went out maybe a year or two ago and its been collecting dust in her garage since. She basically gave it to me all I had to do was get it fixed, called burgios they came out on time very professional and the service was good. I have no complaints and he only charged me 170 plus tax...not bad for a free TV!!!!
