I appreciate how hard the front desk works here to deal with my insurance. It makes no sense to me and seems so confusing. It's just nice to know that they are working on my behalf.

The front desk is kind and the doctor in very personable. The office is clean and new. I was impressed how much time they took with me to explain what was going on.

Chelsea and Doc care about their patients. It is evident in the time the take and their explanations. I also appreciate that they are direct and consistent. As a patient it is important to me that my needs are always addressed the same way and the right way. My visit this morning at 7 AM was quick and comfortable. They had coffee for me, a blanket, and TV. Not so bad for the dentist.

Chelsea is so gentle and personable. I come in every 4 months and look forward to each visit.

The staff and John were caring and understanding. I am thankful that they got me in quickly and immediately resolved my problem. I've been to quite a few offices in town and won't be leaving Mountain View. There is a reason it takes some time to get in here.

I can't thank Dr. John, Diego, Lisa, and Chelsea enough. I've neglected my teeth for years. Together they restored my confidence and my smile. Of course I had an emergency on New Years Eve. I called Dr. Schmidt on his cell phone and he immediately returned my call, talked me through what for me was a stressful situation, and fixed my problem first thing this morning. I couldn't have asked for better service and I am grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring doctor.

I have a bunch of work I need done and procrastinated all year long. When I called to make an appointment, of course the office is booked through the end of the year. Dr. Schmidt went above and beyond agreeing to stay late to get my stuff done and to use my benefit. I am very grateful to him and his staff.

Dr. J is just THE BEST. Brighton isn't even that far. Happy to drive from the Highlands to see him. 100% worth it.

I had two implants placed today. Dr. Schmidt was informative and thorough. I appreciated being shown the Xrays and included in the thought process of my surgery. Seeing my jaw in 3D was really cool. Everything went great!

I still come here even though they are out of network for my insurance. It's worth it.
