      Spent $80.00 on lunch with family today. The bob evans in bridgeport, wv. was not good. The food was all cold and small portions. Brought the food home that the family didn't eat and it wasn't good even then. To much waste of good money. Won't ever ever go to another bob evans anywhere.

      I would like to commend Megan O'Brien at the Bridgeport, O. location for her interest in customer satisfaction. My husband and I ate breakfast at this location early one morning in late December. We were several miles on I 77 when I realized that I left my glasses. After arriving home (Myrtle B each) I called Megan and she was most kind and anxious to help me. She offered to mail them at no cost to me. (Our breakfast was also very good. Thanks MEGAN!
