The people here are very courteous and professional. The service department went to great lengths to find out what was causing my problem and the prices were very reasonable. They are very helpful and careful to explain all of the details of what they find and recommend.

He recognizes me when I call and generally has quick access to my vehicle records when I have a question about maintenance. He is friendly and absolutely professional in addressing our service needs. He has also demonstrated a sold knowledge about our vehicles when advising on vehicle maintenance needs. I trust his judgment and integrity and that he will get the necessary information if he does not know the answer to my question. I generally feel like dealer shop rates are too high, but Tim helps me feel I am getting reasonable value for what I pay.
