We had an electrical issue with one of our circuit breakers and contacted Weltman Home Services. I setup an appointment and as promised the technician (Karl S.) called to provide an ETA and arrived on schedule. Karl provided me with a quote prior to starting the job and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It turned out the issue was larger than we had thought and Karl stayed until it was resolved and it did not exceed the original quoted price.

Charlie explained our options in a clear and straightforward way and then took the time to answer any questions that we had.

Karl was very knowledgeable and efficient in locating the source of the issue and resolving it quickly.

technician Charles P. responded to an emergency call concerning fumes coming from our sink in the kitchen. He was within the time period for the response, he did diagnose the problem and explained what needed to be done to get rid of the problem. Charles also explained that the work could be completed in one, (1) day and that it would more than likely be no later than Tuesday coming. That coming Tuesday Charles and another technician arrived on the time agreed upon the night before and completed the work as promised. Let me also say that both Charles & his partner cleaned up before departing our home. My husband & I are satisfied with the out come.
