No waiting. Doctor very polite. Hygienist very considerate and caring. No complaints (considering it was dental work, after all!).

One day, I looked her up in the computer and she has received excellent reviews and high rankings.. I WAS NOT SURPRISED and considered myself lucky to have had her for all these years.
