I wasn't planning on getting things done but they had the parts in stock and installed it right then. Took about an hour and I'm VERY happy with my experience.

Stopped in to get a connection for my IPod. The employees were very courteous and they answered all my questions.

I went into custom sounds to see if they had an adapter I needed for an upgrade stereo I was installing in my girlfriends car. They had the part when a corporate company didnt. I was impressed at that point. Then, when some uncontrollable circumstances arose, I chose to have them install the stereo for me. Im not sure I couldve done it better myself.
