I had a fabulous experience with The Shop. As a woman I tend to be very cautious when choosing a mechanic but Anthony, the shop manager was amazing and went above and beyond to listen to me and do the FREE engine diagnostics and 16 point inspection letting me know all that was needed and in order or importance. They could have pushed for bunch of non imperative repairs but they did not. Cannot say enough good about this shop and the great people who work there. Definitely will never go elsewhere for any of my truck needs.

If a company charges you for work and they do not do it, it is not just a bad company, it is committing a felony. I can assure you I nor my employees would risk jail time to save money on a spark plug job. We would never install used parts without getting the owner to sign a release allowing us to do so. I recently took my truck in for a tune up, among other things, and picked it up 3 days later, despite them telling me that It would be ready the next day.First of all, the interior was filthy when I picked it up. I complained, and the mechanic said that it was this way when I brought it in.This was a load of bull. Supposedly, the owner wasn't there at the time, and "wasn't available" when I called them 2 and 3 days later, respectively. Second, I didn't notice any improvement at all in its performance, and I did not want them touching my truck again, so I took it to the dealer, and they said that the spark plugs were never changed in the first place, and that the new wires were actually cheap junk, and not the high performance wires that I had paid for. There's really nothing that I can do, it's my word against theirs. However, I will NEVER take another one of my vehicles to this place again. I went there because of the good reviews, but a lot must have changed since they were written.

The review from the guy with the Honda is obviously a competitor. If an a/c repair lasts 2,5 years, it is not possible for a fitting to be loose. Also, the pulley is clearly visible and even it were bent, it would not wear the belt out as a fast as it would ruin the front seal of the compressor. As far as bolts missing, again 2.5 years and now it needs belts. Sounds like this 20+ year old car, just needed some maintenance. Also, what kind of guy keeps a honda 20+ years and at 17.5 years he decides to use a non factory compressor that costs less than half of the factory one and then years later buys a very expensive factory compressor. This review smells of foul play. I know my company and I know my employees and I KNOW MY CUSTOMERS and this is not one of them. I keep records all the way back to the day I opened THE SHOP. I challenge this individual to produce my receipt and I will buy it back.

I had an a/c overhaul done by this organization in 2011, on my 1992 Honda Accord. This included the compressor, drier, expansion valve, and all seals. Shortly after that, I noticed that the belts were squeaking pretty bad, and noticed that the compressor pulley was warped. It is now 2.5 years later, and the compressor went out, due to bad bearings and seals.This time, I bought a brand new compressor, along with another new drier, and had it installed by a certified Honda mechanic. What he discovered just disgusted me. The 2 year old compressor had been either dropped, or hit with something, making a big dent in the pulley, causing it to become warped, and wear out very fast. The seals were not properly installed on the drier, the mechanic was able to unscrew the drier connectors by hand, and they left a bolt each off of the power steering pump, and the alternator when reassembling the parts. They also left off a brand new 134 fitting from the high pressure line that I had just bought.

This is one of the cleanest mechainc shops that I have ever seen . They are very organized . They have clean restrooms , a nice waiting area . They are very nice and they get the job done correctly the first time .
