The staff at Colonial Acton is Fantastic. They really made my purchase a pleasant experience. I went to the Fitchburg colonial and they did not want to deal, and the employees acted though I was inconveniencing them by being there. I was disappointed with the professionalism of the sales team and management over there. I'am glad I ended up in Acton. I hope the Service Department is as good as the Sales Department.

Sales Crew is Great. This is my second car I have purchased from colonial and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Mark Therriault was our sales man and helped us every step of the way. We just purchased a truck from Colonial Chevrolet in Acton . They did a great job getting us in and out and the management and salesman there was straight forward and great to deal with, NOT like the colonial in Fitchburg. We went there to look at a truck and the salesman I think was new and didn't know much about the truck. And when the manager came over he was no help either. We ended up leaving and glad we ended up in Acton instead
