Was there for two front tires. The salesperson was insistent on selling me a front wheel alignment, which wasn't needed, and rude when I declined. The tires were $62 each, but somehow the total would have been over $190, for two and new valve stems and tire balancing and he refused to sell the tires without buying the road hazard protection. Went somewhere else instead.

They run a great business. I was very pleased.

They were surprisingly honest with me by letting me know that the rack and pinion and sway bar links that another shop told me I needed were in fact just fine. The inspection was free, and I was able to walk around the mall while they checked it out. I will be going there from now on because I feel like I won't get ripped off.

Went to have stripped lug nuts replaced. On the phone, they said they could do it, and that I didn't need an appointment.Upon arrival, there was one person tending to customers, writing up work orders and answering the phone. He looked at my vehicle, while 2 mechanics stood idly by, and said that they would have to call their parts center to see if they had the right lug nuts.Then we went into the store to wrrite up a work order. After every 2 minutes of information gathering, he would have to stop to answer the phone. The process of completing a work order took about 30 minutes. Meanwhile no one touched my vehicle as there was no work order. Then he got on the phone to inquire about the lug nuts. After another 20 minutes, he told me that they couldn't do the work because their parts supplier has no lug nuts.It is beyond my comprehension how anyone can advertise auto parts and complete drive-up service, yet cannot manage to change a single lug nut within an hour.
