No words can describe how amazing Heidi and her work is. She is incredibly talented, yet very humble. I have worked with many seamstresses' in my life as I am a professional actress and have performed in many professional musicals, plays and TV shows on and off Broadway. I also have worked as a high fashion model for brands and runway shows So I have a lot of experience with all kinds of seamstresses' all across the US. Heidi is by far the most professional and accommodating seamstress I have ever worked with.I have been using her services for a year now. She never ceases to amaze me with her work. She is precise and pays attention to detail. She is so good at taking your ideas and preferences and making a beautiful master piece of a gown as well as creating a exquisite costume from scratch off the top of her head. I am horrified by our experience with Heidi. She not only managed to ruin an expensive dress, but she blamed it on the quality of the dress, the cheap fabric, my sister's body, anything she could except her poor skills. My MOH had her dress altered perfectly. Heidi has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am truly appalled by our experience with her and highly recommend you find someone else to handle your alterations. I would like to give zero stars but that unfortunately is not an option.
