They are Very professional, honest, and have a quick turnaround time! I have used World Alterations for several bridesmaid dresses and have been pleased every time.

He did an awesome job on my last minute dress alteration. I brought this dress in on the 19th and he had it alerted and ready on the 21st. He even steamed out the wrinkles for me.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We just moved to Murfreesboro and have been getting clothes altered to our exact specifications for years and my husband normally gets his pants hemmed longer than normal. Well, the guy said (rudely) that that's not how pants should be hemmed and he slapped my hand because I was reaching for the bottom of my husband's pants to show him. After telling him about 10 times that this is how we like them, the man said ok and started arguing with another customer that drove a few hours away. As we were preparing to leave, he yelled, "you must pay today" (he assumed that we weren't going to pay until we picked the pants up---even though most alteration places give you a choice. Well, as we were preparing to pay, we asked when the pants should be ready (most folks would have left by now), he yelled one more time (which was the straw that broke the camel's back). He said, "IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE WAY THEY FIT, IT'S YOUR FAULT!!!" I just walked out!!!

They are amazing!! Brought in a bridesmaid dress...one week before the wedding that was too small and they made miracles happen with a small piece of fabric!! The alterations were flawless!! You are crazy if you don't take your garments here!! Friendly & affordable! !!

I called World Alterations at approximately 10:30am. I spoke with the gentleman in the store around 11:00am when I arrived, and explained what I needed done to my shirt. The gentleman called me back approximately 1 hour later, and informed me that my shirt was done. Initially, I assumed that with this fast of a service, the work couldn't have been done that well. I was worried because this is a uniform shirt that I must wear on duty and maintain a professional appearance. However, once I saw the shirt and then tried it on, I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. World Alterations is highly recommended, because they provide the most friendly, fast, and most accurate service I have experienced in a very long time.
