- Tai Chi Chih is a non-martial energy system based on the movements of Tai Chi Chuan. Created by Justin Stone in the early 70's it consists of 20 movements as opposed to 108. It's basic principle is to clear up blockages in the body's meridian pathways with the result of lowering blood pressure, relieving arthritis, helping with weight loss and many other beneficial effects.
