This was my best dentist experience by far. The doctor and hiis staff were informative and extremely concerned with my well being. I especially enjoyed how clean and cutting edge the whole experience was. I had no idea how easy and painless a visit to the dentist could be. I would definitely refer anyone I know to this practice. I'm afraid of needles but Dr. Ross took away all of my fears with his witty way of making me smile as he took away all my fears. I had two fillings today and I felt absolutely no pain. I'm so glad that I choose him to be my dentist all those many years afo. He is defintely "The Caring dentist". He and his staff are the BEST!!!

I have been a patient at many dentist offices in Hampton Roads and NONE of the other dentist can hold a candlestick to Ross Epstein and staff. I have been a patient over 3 years and each time I visit, I am welcomed with open, caring, hospitable arms. The staff is extremely polite and genuine. Dr. Epstein is personable and reaffirming while getting procedures done. Words of affirmation are one of their biggest qualities. I would like to take this time to say how impressed I was in meeting Dr Ross and his staff. The dental office is one of a kind and the atmosphere is from an era of by gone days filled with beautiful antiques and dental instruments. Dr Ross actually has a dental museum and you will be amazed at all the items he has compiled.
