A BIG Thank you to Hygienist Suzanne and Dr. Epstein. They were amazing as they helped me over come my anxiety that I usually have during dental visits. They helped me feel relaxed as they communicated every step of my procedure/treatment as they handled me in a very gentle manner. I am glad I took a chance with a new dentist. Hats off to Dr. Epstein and his awesome team. See ya again in 2024.

Probably a decent dentist despite his appearance. Unfortunately, I was unable to avail of his services due to my extreme old age...

I used to hate dental visits, scared of needles in my mouth. Grown man but a chicken. First time getting a cavity filled was at 35, second time was last week at 51. Though nervous as all get out, the people at Caring Dentist put me at great ease. To the point that Dr. Epstein talked me through it and filled my cavity without Novocain. Awesome.

I have been going to Dr. Ross Epstein for20 years. He has always been a kind and professional dentist. His work has always been top if the line. When I had something that was outside his norm he gave me excellent references. I never felt that I was overcharged for his services. He put me at ease since I am a real nervous nellie.

The staff went the extra mile to file a medical insurance claim for my sleep apnea appliance. All the paperwork was done before my appointment date. We went over what my insurance covered and what I was responsible for. Then Ashley was able to take the impressions on the day of my appointment. Couldnt ask for better customer service. The staff there always goes the extra mile.

Dr. Epstein , his staff & network are super!!! My family (self, wife & 3 sons) have trusted our complete dental care with them for the past 20 years. We have referred our friends and never had an issue. Quality care from awesome people.

I have been going to Dr Eipstein for almost 2 years. He has been amazing and has solved a lot of my dental issues for me. He is amazing and works extremely hard to make sure his patients walk away with the best results (longlasting) he is honest and gives you all your options. He really takes the time to make sure you have all the information to make the best decision. I love this dentist and his entire staff. Dr Ross Epstein has been my dentist for over 20 years. Because of Ross and his staff, I have not had any dental problems. My hygienist, Suzanne is the absolute best. My visits have always been a positive experience. I see that there is a scam review by apeahit23. Please disregard nothing could be further from the truth. Ross and his staff live up to their reputation as painless this is in terms of treatment and cost. I highly recommend.

Dr. Epstein and his staff are awesome! My wife and I have been going to him for around 15 years or so and always have had great teeth cleaning experiences! He is funny and a great storyteller! The dental hygienists and secretaries are super nice also! I really recommend Dr. Epstein!

Dr Ross and his staff are the best!! I been with them for several years now and as soon as you walk in the door you are treated like family. They get to know you on a personal level, they really do care. Doc always comes to the front and sits with me and we just have small talk. Suzanne my hygienist is the best, while she is doing her very thorough cleaning she talks about her family and always asks about mine. I promise you will laugh at some point during your appointment. 5 stars is not enough for Dr Ross and his staff!!!!

Doc Epstein and crew are the best. We've been with him for over 20 years. My kids love him and his work is the best! He has my highest recommendation!

Horrible. All about the money. My wife had multiple, unnecessary fillings, including a few in the FRONT teeth, which our next dentist agreed was totally unnecessary. One filling was done way too large, leading to the tooth cracking apart. Myself, I had a chipped front tooth, which his assistants performed without him doing any work. Two weeks later, the tooth chipped again and I am back in the same situation I started. Choose someone else.

We have been going to Dr Epstein for many years. He is a GREAT Dentist. Very caring and friendly towards his patients and trust his advice and work 100% ! And he can tell some of the funniest jokes. Always feel comfortable with his staff and the work he does! Graves family ( Hampton )

Dr. Epstein and staff are an amazing bunch of people to be around. For the past 8+ years my family and I have never had a bad experience. No matter what the issue, the environment is always caring, considerate and compassionate. LOVE THIS GUY!

Dr. Epstein is truly an exceptional dentist! The office is filled with a warm and congenial staff who are very attentive to the patients needs. The office staff seem focused on making the patient feel comfortable and stress free. I started seeing Dr. Epstein about 25 years ago and the quality of his work over the years has been consistently excellent, not a single complaint. My work means that I have to move often and I have also experienced many sub-standard dentists. I find that I am usually better off traveling to see Dr. Epstein. I just flew up from Florida for some extensive work, and it was well worth the trip. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that he has a special technique where I hardly feel the needle when he injects the anastetic.

The best, most knowledgeable dentist in the area. I had countless problems with other "quick fix" dentists, but Dr. Epstein and his professional staff know what they're doing and they do the job right. The hygienists were wonderful with my 5 year old as well! I am sending all of my family and friends his way.

Wonderful dentist! During a routine cleaning it was discovered that I had a cavity. I was leaving the country in days and Dr. Epstein did not hesitate to fix the cavity on the spot. The staff was very gracious and accomodating. I am a nervous Nellie when it comes to dental work and can honestly say I have had several cavities filled with absolutely no pain. My children love coming to Dr. Epstein's office, as well. We could not ask for a better family dentist! Tammie

Being a dentist myself I can be very critical at times but Dr. Epstein has been my dentist since 2005 because he is very knowledgeable and gentle as a feather. I really like his practice because there is no pain, no wait and has a great staff. Now we live in Northern Virginia but we rather drive to Newport News than look for another dentist.
