There is not a whole lot of information to write. The service man was polite and very professional. He described in detail what needed to be done and responded very clearly to any questions I asked. Simply stated, he is an asset to your company .

Work was done on schedule and as thoroughly as feasible, given problems testing AC with ambient temperature of only about 50 degrees f. Should problems arise during warmer weather, service technician expressed firm's willingness to return for necessary corrective steps. Overall, no complaints. Service tech. was polite and seemed to know his trade pretty well.

Brad from Tom Drexler helped us find and solve a gas leak problem in our basement. He was very knowledgable and straight forward in his explanations of the estimate and the steps to locate the problem. He found the leak and fixed it. LG&E was then out in minutes to verify the repair.

Had a tough job and this tech worked until it was complete. He even had to go get a stronger machine. Did his best to keep the area clean as well.

Terry H took care of our clogged drain in a manner of minutes, was very cheerful and pleasant while doing his work. I have had Drexler out twice now and been very pleased both times. Both were for plumbing issues- clogged drains, leaky toilets and a leak from unknown origin.. Each time they left, the problem was satisfactorily fixed or investigated. They have always been timely, professional, friendly, thorough, and up front with their prices.
