Dave, My service manager was most helpful and made everything so comfortable. This is my third Mercedes with Contemporary Motors and will continue to have them provide my transportation needs due to the fact that Sales and Service has always been the best..

I have always been very satisfied with my service experiences at Contemporary. They go out of their way to try to address any problems I may have. Even though I haven't asked them, they even change my clock, which I so appreciate as I can never master it.. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a Mercedes or is planning to purchase one.

I was treated with the utmost professionalism. My car looked great when I picked it up, it was running with the CD player on. I was astonished! I shed tears of joy. The cup holder is operating smoothly, the headrest knob is replaced. Cathrine, at the service desk, was very efficient and helpful to me.

The entire car buying experience was top rate. I cannot say enough good things about my sales consultant, Charlie D. He is truly a professional and "one-of-a-kind". He is an excellent person to represent Contemporary Motors. I would always recommend him and Contemporary Motors without any hesitation. This is my 3rd Mercedes from Contemporary and would never consider going any where else when the lease is up on the 2012 car.

I have owned several high end vehicles before purchasing my Mercedes. I generally look to the service department, and how well it is run, when making my decision on a purchase. Your service was both impeccable and efficient. This was my best service experience ever. Thank you very much.

Bob was my service adviser then and now for my new S. He is the most helpful, a terrific guy. He is a good representative for Contemporary Motors and Mercedes benz. My new car had an issue with the keys from the first few days after delivery. Bob was unflappable and solved the problem. He has taken care of me and helped bring me back to Mercedes Benz

No unresolved questions--the staff at Contemporary made sure I left totally satisfied and fully informed of what was wrong with my car and what was done to remedy it. I DO have a COMMENT. I made a big mistake 6 years ago when I purchased my Mercedes at another dealership. The experience was horrible, as were two service visits-- I had vowed never to deal with Mercedes again. Then I discovered Contemporary Motor Cars and and have had a number of pleasant experiences with them. They are competent, accommodating, friendly, helpful. I am once again a Mercedes fan and CERTAINLY a fan of Contemporary Motor Cars in LIttle Silver. My next Mercedes will be purchased from them, and I shall recommend them without reservation to friends and colleagues. Thanks!

I have nothing but praise. I bought my cars for years from one of the "big" dealerships here in NJ. My buddy said I had to call Joe before leasing again. I figured I'd give him a shot but never really switch. This guy is unbelievable and you can tell he's different than the rest-he knows the cars, the financing, the ways to get your needs met and how to do it quickly without waffling 50 times. When he gives you his word, it is golden. There's no "oh, that didn't include tax" quotes, etc. I never had a better experience with anyone and feel like he is always in my corner. When I had some issues with the car it was clear he knew how to make sure his client base is taken care of and sent me to Anthony in service who is a great guy too. They worked together to make sure I was fully satisified. He takes the time to know your needs and takes the time to follow up after and make sure you are okay. It's the best experience I ever had and I would highly recommend.

Excellent no pressure Sales Department, they treat you better than family no matter what class you buy. Superior Service Department - they get it right the first time every time. Have been their customer for 8 years and can't wait to get my third car from them next year. I wouldn't buy any other make nor buy from any other dealer because of the way we and our cars are treated here. The service department has the best advisor I've dealt with in 35 years of buying new cars.

Due to a gas leak, I was forced to drop off my car after hours and without having first called. AAA left the car in other than the normal drop-off area. I received a call from John early the next morning, explaining the problem causing the leak. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. He called again later in the day to tell me the work was complete. The work was done for the price he quoted. Th e car was left just where he said it would be, freshly washed.
