They explain everything and answer every question that I have. Especially grateful to Chuck W. for coming so quickly today when a shut off valve sprung a leak. Daniel, in this case was here for a boiler tuneup and he made terrific suggestions about improving the humidity management and some new options available for our system. when you call Rodenhiser you speak to real people not machines. The entire water heater replacement experience was totally painless. Starting from speaking on the phone to make the appointment. The technician Chris was professional and fast! I never really saw the assistance, Casey, but I am sure he helped expedite the problem. The water heater was replaced in no time and we had hot water to take showers that night. Great company to deal with. I knew at 4AM on a cold night my heater had gone out. Kris sent out a tech to diagnose what I knew was coming...my furnace was way too old to fix and I needed to replace it. They got my old furnace to work again until it could be replaced. Rick Picard from Sales came over the next day and helped me pick the right furnace for my home. Two days later Ed Intinarelli and his assistant, Rick Foran came on time, as scheduled, and spent the day replacing the old furnace. They did a great job, left no trace of the old clunker, and showed me how to use the new wifi enabled thermostat. The new unit is twice as efficient as the old one and I am so glad I called Rodenhiser first. Four days later my pre-filled rebate forms came in the mail. Basically all I had to do is sign them and mail them in. Done. I am sure there are many other good HVAC companies out there but Rodenhiser and all the staff involved were A+ from start to finish. Gas furnace stopped working on the coldest day had a flight to catch, Kris the coordinator understood the situation and was able to rearrange schedules to accommodate. Within a couple of hours our home was warm again and was able to make my trip. I had a gear experience with RPHA, the survive was exceptional and above and beyond. Chris G., and Peter, did a great job fixing my hot water heater. They arrived within the promised window of time and were courteous and knowledgeable. He looked into the warrantee of my current heater and even tried to replace the broken item. They gave me several quote options, including 'extras' and explained them all to me. They even tried moving my husband's weight set that was blocking access to the utility room. They completed the job on the spot and cleaned up after themselves. The one caveat is that they forgot to turn on my furnace, which they had to turn off to replace my hot water heater, so the house got cold before we figured out what had happened. Other than that, they were great. And by the way, this company itself is great as they sent a plumber over at 10:30 PM when my sump pump broke just two days earlier. They're great in a pinch!!!

Superb service and people. Always respectful of your home and needs. We have had Rodenhiser install new central heating and cooling and hot water systems and every time they get 10 out of 10 for everything. And every representative has been wonderfully responsive and reliable. We would never think about using anyone else.

Yesterday our tech Jamie from Rodenhiser Plumbing spent four hours at our house "snaking and de-sludging" our dishwasher. He was truly a great professional, showing extraordinary patience and diligence for a real tough job!! He arrived right at the time we were promised, and serviced our needs in order to get us "up and running" again. Our kitchen was left perfectly clean--and he even stayed an extra few minutes to make sure our drain in the sink was working properly with the dishwasher going. We are so thrilled with the service we get from Rodenhiser (they have been to my home 3 times for various water problems in the last week--hot water heater, toilet, and plugged dishwasher drain) The service from Rodenhiser is the BEST and we would recommend them highly to anyone!!! Thanks again to all the techs!!!
