The worst cleaning job ever! Nothing was really clean and I had to tell the girl what to clean each step of the way. Even after I asked her to wipe the tile in the kitchen she didn't. She didn't clean the sinks in the kitchen or bathroom and washed the floors by standing on a cloth and moving it around with her foot! The only thing that looks good is my stove top. She was an hour late and said the company told her she could come when she wanted. It was supposed to be two people for and hour and a half but was one person for 2 and a half. I had to cancel my afternoon plans. Terrible don't use them.

I have had Just the Basics in my home to clean. My wife explained what was needed to be done then left. when we arrived home the house was locked as it should have been. Upon entering my home it smelled great. as I continued to look over things i was extremely happy to see my instructions were followed. my laundry was folded and left on my chair. this is a great help to me and i would recommend them always. i look forward to seeing Janice in two weeks. thank you Janice. I would recommend that you hire this company. I have had this company this last weekend. the cleaner did the cleaning and the dishes. I will be using them monthly. she was polite. when she entered my home she shut off her cell phone. the floors were done on her hands and knees. she refused the mop. the prices were perfect for my budget. I live in Warwick,RI. the windows were cleaned from all smudges from the dog.

this company sent one person and she did a great job. i would refer just the basics to anyone. i was referred from the senior center. the service was on time and i will use them again

THEY ALSO HELPED ME WITH EXTRA SERVICES WHEN I NEEDED IT. I HAVE JUST THE BASICS CLEANING SERVICES COME TO MY HOME ON A BI WEEKLY BASIS. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I HAVE NOT SEEN OR HEARD ANY REMARKS AGAINST THEM FROM MY REFERRALS. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEM AND I HAVE USED THE SERVICE FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW. THE SAME CLEANER HAS ARRIVED 95% OF THE TIME. I ALSO BOUGHT GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM THEM TO HAND OUT FOR FRIENDS.

Do not hire this company. I hired them this year and they barely cleaned the house. They did not vacuum and did not clean the shower at all in the bathroom. The girls were here for 3 hours and I had to cancel my afternoon plans to clean top to bottom after they left. This is a very, very unprofessional company.

Cleaner came to my house for 3 hours - and barely did anything. I have a baby and booked the cleaner because I was having company and didn't have time to clean. However - I had to clean anyway! We told her not to bother with the bedrooms - and just concentrate on living areas. However - in three hours - she only managed to vacuum and barely cleaned the bathroom (didn't even mop as I requested) - Not very satisfied at all!! I would think a professional cleaner would be able to do at least as good of a job as me - if not better...but this was not the case.
