Easier to understand what's going on with communication through ASL, and good patience too

I am happy with the provider because of my deafness and have someone who can communicate with a sign language. I am so impressed that the provider has a staff who is willing to learn sign language. Wish I had this provider a long time. I am with the provider for almost 6 years.
