      Enjoy peaceful Zephyrhills while staying at Settler’s Rest. This 55+ community offers great amenities and activities for you to enjoy while staying in our 25 acre resort. Our 379 full hook-up sites are spacious and will suit most big rigs. And don’t forget to bring Fido – our resort is pet friendly! Our spacious premium rentals have one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests*. These rentals come furnished and feature a modern open floor plan with amenities that include a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, linens, stackable washer and dryer, flat screen cable TV, and Wifi access to keep you connected. The kitchen comes with full appliances, coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware. There is also a covered porch with patio furniture, plus a concrete driveway for easy parking. *Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy, additional fees apply for more than 2 persons. Electricity is not included on monthly or longer reservations. Additional non-refundable pet fees, non-refundable cleaning fees and a refundable deposit may apply.
