Purchased a game from them through mail order. Received part of it in a damaged package that was stamped by the USPS that it was received damaged. Called them and they were very kind and said they would get it out to me. Turns out I called their home as that is what was shown when searching the web for them. I have since emailed them 2 times and over 2 weeks have passed and I have not received a response to my emails or the products they owe me. Emailed them one last time with photos of the packaging and my cancelled check that they didnt hesitate to deposit of course. I am giving them a few days to respond before taking further action against them.
