She takes the time to listen, fights for what needs to be done, and isn't afraid to shake things up a bit with those who don't want to take the effort to do things right.

Every time I talk to her I am amazed. She is incredibley knowledgable, but also manages to explain things to me and my family in a way that we can understand. She seems to see a lot of patients, but between her medical staff, and her own manner we never feel rushed or that she is not putting her whole attention on us when she is working with our children. I could not imagine every taking my kids any place else.
