I've lived in Yuma all my life. I went to school in New York so I know what the big city has to offer. I moved back to Yuma and started to work for a few years and was able to save up enough money for a house. My realtor recommended Academy Mortgage as a lender. Academy Mortgage of Yuma is one of the worst companies ever. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money until they realized that I had gotten other bids. After we negotiated the price down, they just couldn't seem to do anything right. My paperwork was initially lost and I had to do start over again. I would only recommend this company to my worst enemies. Good Luck trying to complete the deal before your allotted escrow time ends.
