(hand drying, hand scissoring, nail trimming and filing, flea and tick treatment, etc.) We use a variety of quality shampoos, including hypoallerginic and medicated if needed. We do our best to groom your pet how YOU want it groomed. We do not use any type of tranquilizers. Our goal is to make you and your pet happy!

WILL NEVER RETURN! My wife went by to see if our dogs were ready and when she walked into the grooming area, she saw our little 3 lb dog cowering then shoved from behind roughly for no reason. The groomer told her it would be 20 more minutes. When my wife returned, the normally cold groomer helped her to the car and was talking sweet to our dogs; both which are totally out of character for her. It makes both of us completely sick to our stomachs that our dogs have went there for 3 years. Looking through other reviews, this is not the first time something like that has happened. I hope others will never return. It pains me to think how many dogs she has tormented over the years.
