A new 300 sq ft facility was just added for personal and grit training. Instead of buying new equipment for this facility, they took from an already inadequate supply. They're only interested in making money. The manager is awful, never greets members or walks around to inspect equipment. There are much better options in the area.

There are better gyms in the area. Definitely shop around. But, if you do decide to go here, Read your Contract...The consumer gets burned here! I got nailed paying for 4 months worth ($250+) of dues I could not use. I was a member for 2 years. Never late with payments, several smoothie purchases...I was a good client. My wife and I decided to change gyms when my girls became interested in athletics and swimming. There are no facilities or programs for young folks here. I informed the front desk of my departure and reasons. They completely understood and wished us well...and then dropped the bomb. I would owe for an additional 4 months. You see, they automatically renew the 1 year contract. If you do not give at least 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date you could owe up to 12 months of dues. I know most people do not quit the month of their renewal date...further, this is not standard practice for the gyms in our area. Further, the floor space is so crowded with gear that it is like an obstacle course to get from one machine to the next. The trainers do not help unless you pay. The staff changes monthly. I am disgruntled and wrote this with prejudice. However, keep track of your dates folks. Other gyms within 10 minutes offer much better facilities for the entire family and are better run, and do not have sneaky business practices. Everyone quits at some point. I hope this helps!

These reviews are !00% true. I was there 3 years and onlt because they renew your contract without telling you. They don't even tell you when its coming up when u ask the date always a diffrent date. The managers are not helpful and they chage often. the owners are snotty and they don't care they stealing your money so why care. The trainers are snotty unless your paying them and a single male. The training is way over priced. They act like there are better than you. Very fake. The desk will charge you for things you didnt purchase you have to check bank every month carefully. Just overall bad experience. Too many other gyms out there to waste on this one.

I agree, the management there is horrible! I went to the gym on a Saturday at 3:00 to find it closed when the sign on the door said it closed at 5:00! They "tampered" with (YES FORGED!) my contract in order to change the renewel dates in order to get another year out of me.
