      Company History and Organization Staff Right Personnel Services, LLC was established in 1997 with the sole purpose of providing affordable temporary and temporary-to-hire solutions for businesses in the Mahoning Valley. We knew with our assistance, companies that were struggling to find qualified and dependable employees for labor, manufacturing and warehouse positions would be able to focus on results and profitability rather than staffing needs. In May of 2001, we diversified in order to service all of our clients' employment requirements, not just those pertaining to general labor, by establishing Staff Right Professional Services, LLC. This Division provides temporary, temporary-to-hire and executive recruitment services in accounting, clerical, management, and sales related positions. The Professional Division operates from our Boardman office, while the Personnel Division has a full time Staffing Manager in both locations. Another successful four years of increased sales and revenues has allowed Staff Right to continue our growth. We relocated our Boardman office to allow for additional staff and ability to network all of our operations. Also, we are pleased to announce that we have expanded into the Akron/Canton market with a new office in Green. This office opened in October 2005 and will offer both Professional and Personnel Services.
