Even flow from check in to check out , this mother daughter team that work the front desk have their own system that makes everything flow smoothly . Very friendly ,they talk to you instead of it being all so stuffy( fill this out and have a seat ) the Older of the two woman actually struck up a conversation with me and we talked like two ladies that knew each other for a long time . The younger girl was very efficient in answering the phone but juggling paperwork at the same time . Like i said these two make it flow like a office should . Dr McMurray very efficient with his exam got me in and out . I would recommend this business 100% . Keep up the good work

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseOn the spare of the moment i needed to go see a eye Dr called several places kept being told it would be later in May before I could be seen , then i came across the number for Home Town Vision in Boardman Ohio. They fit me in as soon as I could get there . once I got there was approx 6 ahead of me it flowed smoothly within 65 minutes i had my paper work filled out, seen the Dr , picked out frames and was on my way . If only all offices had this friendly and efficiency of staff . From the first Hello on the phone to the Have a great evening the girls behind the desk made you feel like you was there main focus and listened to your wants and needs. Dr McMurray was very professional and efficient in the testing he did. I HIGHLY recommend this eye center.

I was very pleased with the friendly, professional, polite, efficient, & knowledgeable staff. All my questions were readily answered & i was immediately put @ ease. I will definitely recommend 2 my family & friends needing eye care.

Absolutely horrible. I have been going there for years. I went in for an eye exam and found a whole new staff. They were unprofessional and rude. I paid for my contacts and a month later I still do not have the contacts. It's a mother/daughter team absolutely horrible. I contacted consumer services.

If I could give a minus 1 star, I would! I have been going here for years, but this new staff is ruining this practice. They are rude and disrespectful. On top of that, inefficient. Look for another place to get your eyes examined and save yourself some headaches.
