I strongly recommend you avoid “The Women’s Healthcare Group”.



I used this office for my first pregnancy and it was the worst experience. On most occasions when I called into the office about concerns with my pregnancy, the office did not resolve any of the issues. Two days before the birth of my child, I was leaking fluid and the doctor’s office sent me home. The next day I was leaking the same fluid and I was admitted to the hospital to give birth to my child.



In addition to the above, the office does not resolve billing well. I was billed on two occasions for items my health insurance denied (health insurance denied because the office was not due the amount requested).



I filled out a customer satisfaction survey and provided the office with a letter stating my concerns. The office never responded to my concerns. This office has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
