      Owner hides behind staff and does not take ownership of issues on their part. Unfriendly and incompetent.

      Horrible customer service. If they make a mistake they blame the customer and accuse them of wanting something for free even though the customer makes more than all of them put together. They will take your money and hang up on you for services uncompleted. Do not go to this salon. They are a disgusting bunch.

      I have been having my hair done at Kimberly's since July of this year. I need color, treatment and cut every 4 weeks. My first visit I definitely needed some fixing and would highly recommend both Chasta and Kimberly. They are both excellent. I love my hair now and it is so much more healthy, shining and the best cut I have ever had. I would highly recommend the excellent,personalized, professional services. I trust their judgement for color, treatments needed and style. I have been to many salons over the years and this trulyis the best in the area. Why travel when you can have this type of services locally. I have traveled in the past to have my hair done but am so happy I have found Kimberly's. This salon is truly the best.

Market St.; York, PA 717.718.4465 Kimberly's Image & Day Spa created a lot of buzz when it opened its doors in 1992. Its reputation for great cuts and colour attracted a wide audience, from students to stay-at-home moms to career professionals who appreciate the intensely personalizes level of services. Through the years, Kimberly Acworth expanded her powerful vision of what a salon should and can be. Traveling the US and Europe, she studied, learned, observed and entered competitions...always with an eye on the future. In 2003 she launched Indulged, a colour salon where both the results and experience are 180 degrees from ordinary. In time, the two salons gradually became one in culture as well as spirit. In October 2006, Kimberly's Image Salon officially took on the Indulge name - and Kimberly announced plans for a major expansion that will eventually an additional be an additional York County location as well as an Academy.
