They have some of THE BEST Reception & Dr.'s Secretaries anywhere:) Prompt, Courteous, Attentive. Until Dr. Madzelan, DO Int. Med. Retired, last yr. Trusted him, completely. Same for HIS Nurse. The remaining Drs. Mixed Bag; even a yr. Later, I'm still "iffy" about my new Dr. Same w/ the Nurses; it's a mixed bag. Some are exceptional, others should find non-medical/no-Interpersonal interaction careers. On the Issue of Rx, Appts., & Response to calls, they're 5 (*)s 99% of the time, & 0 ( ), 1% of the time. One Positive for them is: "Memorial Hospital" Affiliation; and they do Accept ALL Gov. Prvided Insurances, even Straight Medicare, and Medicaid. Lastly, unlike Other Practices, they've NEVER treated me as a Malingerer, which is a HUGE Plus. Overall, though, I've BEEN to FAR, FAR WORST Practices, so, this one gets a 4 out of 5 Stars (****)
