I had R and R come to my house to move a fireplace insert to the landfill and also take a large sectional to the local mission to donate. I had already called the mission to tell them that we would be donating the sectional to them. I called the mission 2 days later and they said that they hadn't receive the sectional. I called R and R a couple of times and left messages asking what had happened and where the sectional was. I received a call several days later from Bill, the owner and he said that they didn't take the sectional to the mission and that his employee had taken it to his home. I told him that was unethical and stealing from the poor. It's also not right that I paid to have it moved to their employees house. I'm not happy with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
