The plumbers that arrived were a half hour late which really is no big deal but worth noting. I'd like to point out they did call to let us know they would be late. We had a clogged pipe that required a rooting metal snake machine to clear the toilet paper which was blocking our waste pipe. We showed them access to the vent but they insisted to do the job right that they needed to find the "trap". Unfortunately the trap they thought might be located under the carpeting in the room next to my master bathroom. So my wife and I along with the two plumbers moved every piece of furniture out of the room. After pulling up half of the carpet in the entire room and still not being able to find the "trap", they decided to go in through the vent and came to the conclusion that there probably is no trap. They cleaned the pipe with the machine which took about 20 minutes. Then they hit me with the bill. $380.00 for 2.5 hours of work. 1 hour of which was totally unnecessary. I had to pay $100.0
