It's great when a company makes an expensive buying experience feel good from start to finish. There is nothing like feeling happy about a purchase after the money is spent. Unfortunately, G. is the rudest manager I have encountered after buying a new item. He raised his voice when I asked him a simple question about operating a brand new custom computer that I bought from their store. Then he tried to avoid answering my question and tried to get me to answer his irrelevant questions instead. Who came to see whom? I did not complain about the long wait for the new computer. I even came back after they broke a part on another computer causing me to have to negotiate a sub-par replacement and make seven trips there before all was fixed. How many chances does a company deserve? I paid them nearly a thousand dollars this time, only to be treated like they were doing me a favor. Perhaps they should hire more diversity in their service department, starting with replacing the manager. As a member of a protected group, I felt discriminated against by the manager. Only after that realization did I notice their lack of diversity in their service department. Discrimination is unwise in business and can indicate ignorance and poor character in individuals. When I find a better place within easy driving distance of where I live, I will go there instead. It will be worth the drive.
I would recommend another repair place over these guys. Yes they have the biggest shop. Yes they sell alot more then other. But they are rude and if you show you have alittle bit of knowledge they treat you coldly.
My 7-year old e-machines crashed with over 100,000 photos and 7 years of files and critical information. I took it to 4th Dimension in Lacey and they were able to transfer all the information, programs and even set up my cable internet onto a new computer so it was pretty much a "plug & play" computer when I got it home. The were able to do all of this without "busting the bank" to. Very professional. I would highly recommnd them.
They will find parts for you and order them if they don't have them. They also have several nice systems and cool stuff for the computer geek.A+
