Scott Fegley set out to build his own law practice in April 2002 with the belief that he would prosper personally and professionally if he combined cutting edge legal services with one-on-one attention to his clients. Twelve years later, the firm has developed a client base of over six hundred individuals and businesses who have found peace of mind by having Mr. Fegley handle their legal matters. Mr. Fegley has been in private practice since his graduation from law school. He is a veteran of numerous arbitrations, several trials, and appellate arguments before both state and federal courts. Mr. Fegley is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In the federal courts, he is admitted to practice in the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. For several years, Mr. Fegley also served as an adjunct instructor of Labor and Employment Law at the Bucks County Community College.
