- CrownsA crown is a permanent covering that protects a damaged tooth. They are typically either gold or tooth colored. Bridges are used to replace a missing tooth or teeth. You need to have sturdy teeth on either side of the missing tooth space to act as an anchor for the bridge. These anchoring teeth are fitted with crowns which are bonded to the replacement tooth.

- Root Canal TreatmentMost root canal procedures are performed in office. When a tooth’s pulp becomes infected a root canal is needed to remove the infection which often eliminates pain and allows the tooth to be saved. The process involves making a small access on the top of the tooth, then removing the infected pulp and disinfecting the canal. The canal is then shaped and a rubber-like material is placed to prevent infection from reoccurring in the canal. To learn more click here.
- DenturesNatural teeth can be lost to periodontal disease, decay, and injury. One option for bringing back a natural looking smile and ability to chew food is with a denture. There are two types of dentures: complete and partial. Complete dentures cover the whole jaw while partial dentures are used to replace multiple missing teeth. To learn more click here.
- Dental ImplantsThe implant should be cared for just as well as you care for your natural dentition. Plaque can cause inflammation around the implant causing the bone to recede just as it does around natural teeth. Therefore, routine check-ups and proper oral hygiene are recommended to maintain an inflammation free implant which can last a lifetime.
