Greene County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, located in Xenia, Ohio, is a nonprofit organization that provides a variety of community care services to its residents suffering from mental disorders. It offers a wide range of services, such as respite care, case management, supported living, educational, and family and behavior support services. The services provided by the organization also include crisis intervention, medication monitoring, transportation and medical supplies. It also organizes a variety of recreational activities that include field trips, movie, theaters, bowling, softball, swimming, track and games. Greene County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, an international commission that accredits 25,000 rehabilitation organizations throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
