Really surprised by the other reviews. I have used them for service since they have opened and purchased two cars there as well. I have owned Audi's for 20 years and I have never had a better service or sales experience before Audi Wynnewood opened. Most of my neighborhood have Audi's as well and love the dealership as much as my wife and I do.
Unfortunately, I have been dealing with Audi Wynnewood for the last couple of years. I have yet to make a service appointment in which my car was even seen on that day. Recently I brought my car in with a dead battery. It was four days before I had any idea of what was being done to my car. I was never contacted once to fill me on what the status of my car was, but I called every day and always received the same, " We're slammed right now and your car should be seen today, I'll call you and let you know what is going on". The dealership website states that it has a fleet of loaners, but I have only had one "Audi" loaner in 2 years of service appointments and it was out of gas, had a full ashtray of cigarettes and had expired tags! Other than a guy named Mike, the entire service department staff are completely incompetent and are sometimes rude. The only reason I continued to go to this dealership is because of it's proximity to where I live, but never again.
While my car was in for service for another matter, the technicians said that they performed complementary checks on my brakes, rotors, and other systems. They said that my brakes were low (4mm) and rotors delaminating. However, I had just had my brakes and rotors replaced less than 6 months earlier, and when I returned to the shop where this work was done, they showed me that the brakes and rotors are all like new. Be VERY careful with any work done at Audi Wynnewood. I am certain that they just looked at the mileage on my car and wanted to charge me $1000 for unnecessary work.
not happy with them at all...Audi Cherry Hill service dept is MUCH more respectful of your time..Wynnewood service dept,after keeping my car for 2 days(!) didn't even wash it upon returning it to me...parts not in stock,given run around as to when it was promised to be finished....NO THANKX...I'll go back to the Cherry Hill dealership.
