Pampered Pets is the best! We have been going here now for three years. I have three boxers, 2 babies and 1 elderly. Susie takes excellent care of my babies. They treat my dogs with kindness and do a great job on cleaning them up. They dogs are always so happy to go see Susie. Thank you Pampered pets for being so professional and doing such a great job.

Very, very.... unprofessional.

The first time I went here was great, the place was relatively clean and the staff seemed nice. My dog got a good cut and bath and I was quite happy with it. The 2nd time was horrible and I will not be going back, ever.

When I came to pick up my dog, I was asked to pay additional $ after an employee quoted the wrong price on a voicemail they left. This was not a big deal, however when confronted about it I was met with an arrogant attitude from the employee. Furthermore my dog was still caked in hair from the haircut, I had to get my car detailed after taking her home and deshedding the hair myself.

I decided to call and talk to the owner about the situation; yet another terrible experience. She was very condescending and in disbelief that her employee could ever act so rude or give wrong pricing and went so far as to blame my dog.

I would just like to thank you Sue, for letting me know ahead of time how unprofessional your establishment is. so that I don't have to my waste time by taking my dog there in the future.

Very disappointed!! I was a first time customer and when I booked my appointment I gave the lady all my pets information ie; her weight of course. Only to arrive for grooming with my 70lb dog and was told my dog was too big because she couldn't pick her up to bathe her and that the new girl should've known better than to book her. We suggested they should possibly look into getting steps for the tub or lowering the tub and was told by the groomer basically not her problem because she's not the owner of the business.

I've taken my pets here for a couple years now and each time they do an excellent job! Last time they did a blueberry facial scrub and filed their nails instead of just cutting them and they lasted soooo long!!!! And they smelled so good too!!!

Very rude and poor customer service! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I have taken my Yorkie here for over two years and have never been happier. He looked/smelled better than he ever has.

After being a loyal customer for over a year I called to book a usual appt and got the machine.No prob they are busy and our groomer that we use every time, Hillary, always calls back. The owner called back asking rudely, "So what did u need?" I asked if there was any room this week for my dog and she, again rudely and loudly replies, "I am going to be honest with u, Hillary moved to Houston and I won't take ur dog unless u take him to the vet for sedation.". The unbelievable part is she just hung up on me. I asked from DAY 1 if he had any behavioral issues and Hillary would always say, "no, he is fine for me." Someone could have at least told me well before this and I could have at least taken him somewhere else instead of treating me this way for absolutely no reason. After sharing my experience on social media w friends that have gone here, I was shocked at how many people have had similar experiences as well but glad to find out sooner rather than later. Wow.

Very very rude and unprofessional. I was told after over a year of taking my dog there that his usual groomed moved, and that she wouldn't take him unless we took him to get him sedated and hung up. Very shocking and disappointing to be treated this way after paying her high prices and trusting my baby in their care. Lesson learned.

No very friendly on the phone. Their prices are very high! They don't seem to know about different breeds of dogs. Try another groomer.

I am so glad I found this awesome place for Prince. He usually shakes like crazy when I've taken him to several places prior to learning about here (through a friend). I love Susie & can tell they care & love Prince like he's theirs. He pays me no attn when I return to pick him up. The place is kept as if they service humans, very dainty, clean (like a boutique) & they dress professionally. Prince doesn't get to go as much as I would like but when he does he is well taken care of & smells like he's been groomed. I would recommend this place to anyone any day. Keep up the loving care & attn you give.

It's too bad you feel that way Sara, I doubt very seriously your dog will be treated at another establishment the way she was treated here at our shop-! She's very nervous and requires special attention and detail, she's a doll and we care for her a great deal-! I have in black and white on your client card what you paid the first and only other time you came here it was $65. However, we do operate off of a cell phone and there are times it's hard to understand what exactly is said. I'm sorry you misunderstand what she said- most of all I'm sorry Zorra will not be receiving the kind of care she gets at this shop. In addition, we do not vacuum dogs but upon request will be happy to blow off excess hair.

My Dog Bentley the Bad ***, loves this place..This is where he gets his Mohawk done, and he has a swagger when he leaves.. Suzie is the queen of Pamper and is passionate about our babie dogz... Love her!!!

I take my dog Bentley to Pampered Pets in Wylie, TX! I have never been in a pet grooming salon that smelled so clean & was clean! The staff is very customer service oriented and you can tell they truly love the pets that come thru their door! My dog actually doesn't have the shakes when I drop him off or pick him up! It helps knowing that he is really taken care of and truly being pampered while he is away from home! Thank you!!! I would recommend PAMPERED PETS IN WYLIE TO EVERYONE I KNOW!
