Training Resources of America is a privately held, nonprofit organization that has been providing education, employment and training services throughout Massachusetts since 1975. Its adult literacy programs include adult basic education and workplace literacy. The organization offers various youth programs, including young parents, YouthBuild, Ithaka school project, GOALS program and skills for life. It also provides on-job training and various placement programs, such as supported work, automated office skills, office careers, nurse and home health aide, and work employment program. The organization operates MJT Child Development Center that is licensed by the Office for Child Care Services and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Training Resources of America is headquartered in Worcester, Mass., and has more than 10 offices in Massachusetts, and Brownsville, Texas.
