I have been going to Tip Top Nails for 18 years and have NEVER been overcharged, had a fungus, or been treated rude. Vicki and her sisters (and other associates) are all professionals and have taken many measures to ensure their customers are happy!! I think the "complainer" has this place mixed up with a different nail salon.......

I read the "review" by the one who feels she got poor service...all I have to say is that is bull, I've been going there for 10 yrs and NEVER once have I had bad service, bad nails, or been unhappy. Vicki and all her girls are the nicest and best nail experts!! I would never go anywhere else!!! Anyways Vicki, no worries, one bad apple won't spoil the bunch!!

that's a generous one star. went in for a fill on my nails. i left with painful cuts on every single one of my fingers from michelle filing them. and a horrible paint job from vikki. neither of them stopped to listen to what i wanted, vikki just kept interrupting. the paint job isn't even close to what i wanted done. and michelle cut off all my nails and charged me for a full set. i ended up spending $55 when i should have only spent $30 they also throw on extra charges for only the tip to be painted. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!! stay away from these people
