Well it was that time of year for a new state inspection sticker. I thought it was going to be a quick in and out at the mechanic, however that was not the case. I didn't think that there would be anything wrong with my car that would prevent me from getting an inspection sticker. Unfortunately, before leaving the mechanic , I was made aware that I needed a new front right side axle and a new power steering pump. I don't know much about car parts other than they are usually pretty expensive. The standard auto team were so friendly and so informative. They were quickly able to find the parts that I needed at a more then reasonable price, and my parts were delivered to my front door within just a couple of days. I thought that the process of finding the parts and having my car repaired was going to take at least a week or two. Thank you standard auto! I had my car back on the road within 3 days after failing the state inspection. I hope I don't have any other issues with my car anytime

When I called for a part of our price for parts whatever answer the phone I'm not sure who was extremely rude extremely temperamental and all I did was inquire about to bumper covers and a CV joint like if you don't like your job then quit don't take it out on the customer because you want to be an a****le today is February 24, 2014 at 9:59 AM

The thing I like best about Standard is they are fast, easy and seem relatively fair. Another company was jerking me around in terms of buying my automobile, so rather than go through that hassle I called Standard. Standard gave me a good offer (a little less than the other place) but had someone out that day to tow the car and did not bait and switch me. I had to drive to their office in Worcester to sign the title over, pick up the plates and pick up my check. I would have liked to be able to do an on the spot. However, they gave me a respectable offer, stood by it and got everything done quickly and professionally, which is why I would recommend them to anyone looking to junk their car.

AWESOME !!_SAYS IT_!! I was in need of a T-Top..long story!! they sold me ONE side _!!!,yes !!_They did not break my chops and force me to buy the set of two. 35 dollars what a day it was to pick that up.I was very Happy with the prices and no B.S about it!
