      I called Raynor from a referral from a co-worker. In the morning I opened my door, and the cables that hold the door got tangled up into a mess and I couldn't close my garage door. It was awful! I called in, told them about the problem, they sent someone out that same day (I believe his name was Bob) and it was fixed! I was worried about the cost, but all in all it was about $125, much better than I anticipated!

      Thank you for not charging me extra for same day service and calming me down in my moment of terror today!
